The WorldTour moves on, and Round 14 is just for the sprinters, a short 66km race on a 5.5km circuit taking in some of the top tourist attractions of London.
This is the biggest money race on the women’s road calendar – a total prize pot of €100,000, with €10,000 for the winner, and €1,000 for the first rider across the line at each of the 3 intermediate sprints plus an extra €3,000 for the overall sprint competition winner.
But best of all, the whole thing is live on TV!
It starts at 5pm UK BST (18:00 CEST; midday USA EDY and 2am Aussie AEST) and the first hour is on the BBC Sport website, on this page (or via the BBC Sport Cycling page), and “web-enabled red button” – then the last 45 minutes will be live on BBC 2. You can also see BBC2 on Filmon, and there could be streams here, here or here.
If you can’t watch live, it should be updated on the #RideLondon and #UCIWWT hashtags, with updates from the UCI WWT and Ride London twitter accounts – and of course you can ask me anything in the comments below, or on twitter.
