Videos & more from the 2015 Team Time Trial World Championships

We thought the women’s 2015 Team Time Trial at the 2015 Road Cycling World Championships would be the most unpredictable TTT Worlds yet, and wow, it was even better – excitement all the way to the end.  So if you missed it, you might be kicking yourself….  but that’s OK, I’m here to help with videos, results, photos, rider reactions and more!

First, the UCI highlights

And the full race replay, commentated by Rochelle Gilmore and Ant McCrossan.

These might be geo-restricted, but if they are for you, you can use a VPN like Betternet and Tunnelbear set somewhere like Poland (turn off the TB once the stream starts to save your allocation).

There are more highlights videos that are geo-restricted – Universal’s highlights in the USA and NOS Sports’ Dutch highlights.

Race reports from the UCI,    I love Balint Hamvas’ photo gallery from the TTTs, especially the riders’ post-race reactions.   More photo galleries from Cyclingnews, VeloNews (and their Velocio bike gallery), UCI race and backstage, and Mini-Bear Travels.  And a fan’s-eye view of the race from Giro Jenny.

Full results – and if you want to do analysis on it, Tissot have the split times and analysis.

Velocio-SRAM were of course delighted to keep their run of 4 TTT Worlds gold medals in a row unbroken.  Here’s their race report, and some rider reactions from Karol-Ann Canuel, Lisa Brennauer and Trixi Worrack.

This was the last race of the team, and boss Kristy Scrymgeour must have had that bitter-sweet feeling

Boels-Dolmans were disappointed with their silver – especially after Christine Majerus punctured early in the race, but it makes them hungry for 2016.  Race report, and reactions from Majerus and Evelyn Stevens:

Rabo-Liv‘s race report after their bronze medal and their pre-race photos.

Wiggle Honda haven’t focused on the TTT before, but they put in a huge TTT camp and really stepped up.  Race report and their team video.

ORICA-AIS didn’t focus on the TTT this year – race report, and the video from their women and men:

This is cycling, so of course we have polemica…  For anyone wondering why Hitec Products only had five riders after Charlotte Becker wasn’t allowed to race…

That’s crazy, kicking out a rider like that, and not giving the team any chances to change the bike…  And then there’s this…

Finally, every day the UCI is putting out a magazine video about backstage life at the Champs – here are their first two:
